House of Representative committee held a public hearing today to establish Federal College of Agriculture in Enugwu Ukwu.

  • Training in agricultural technology and agriculture
  • To carry out its due administration and management; and for other related matters (HB. 1261).

The town is on hilly terrain, this is why it bears the name Enugwu Ukwu. Most of its inhabitants are Christians.

This town in Anambra state is where human beings and also huge pythons live side by side.

It is in Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State.

It perches like a bird on top of a big hill, looking down on the earth.

The town is culturally buoyant, even as it has embraced modernity in all ramifications.

All over the town and beyond, pythons are like beautiful brides.

Also, They must not be hurt in fact, it is a taboo to do harm to pythons.

There are dire consequences for hurting the creature.
