Applicants who are in the Final Year of the University Degree in one of the following given programs: 

  • Commerce (Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Economics, etc.)
  • Actuarial science
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • Engineering
  • Marketing
  • Human resources
  • Industrial Psychology
  • Information system
  • Computer science

FNB Graduate Trainee Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide effective implementation of role responsibilities through careful and timely planning, reporting and updating of all relevant information in the relevant learning role.
  • Participate in business innovation and innovate against goals.
  • Sharing knowledge and participating in projects to maximize the skills required to find a role and a relevant career so that all the activities required to be effective and successful can be performed.
  • Manage the Graduate Development Project by completing training assignments.
  • Manage graduate development projects to enhance your skills and abilities through training attendance.
  • Manage your progress to enhance your abilities.
  • Keep business values alive by demonstrating and demonstrating the desired values in business
