Earlier today, we had reported that the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide, OYC, raised the alarm that Fr. Mbaka of the Adoration Ministry, Enugu was missing. Supporters of the fiery Enugu priest, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, who are also members of the Adoration Ministry, Enugu, on Wednesday, took to the streets in large numbers to protest about the whereabouts of the priest. This disappearance is coming after his call for the president to resign or be impeached.

At the moment whereabouts of the cleric cannot be ascertained. There were speculations that the priest could be in the DSS custody. DSS had refuted the accusations shortly after news of his disappearance went on air.

During the protest, one of the protestants had spoken to our source, in his words: “Fr. Mbaka is nowhere to be found. He went yesterday to answer the bishop’s call and up until now, he’s not taking his calls. We are marching to the bishop’s office; we must get our answers.”

The Parishioners have now stormed the Bishop’s Court demanding that Bishop Calistus Onaga of the Catholic Diocese of Enugu should produce him.
