Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo has awarded more road projects in Nnewi.

A tour of Nnewi’s extremely dangerous routes, including Ogbufo, Okpunoeze Uruagu, and Umudim Road, among others, was undertaken by the governor.

Speaking at Okpunoeze Uruagu Nnewi Road, the governor, who has been working nonstop to ensure Ndi Anambra benefits from genuine democratic dividends, revealed that the road has already been awarded for construction. He claimed to have personally visited the site to inspect it and gauge the mood of the locals.

“I assure you that the Contractors will commence work on the road soonest, once the rain subsides.

“This constructed road will also go all the way to Teaching Hospital and Nkwo Nnewi.
