Soludo reveals Innoson Motors as official vehicle

Former CBN Governor and Anambra State Governor-elect Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo has revealed that his official cars would be Nigerian-made Innoson Vehicles.

During a meeting with members of his transition committee on Wednesday, Soludo noted this.

The newly elected governor’s declaration illustrates his commitment to promote Nigerian-made goods and the manufacturing industry.

Soludo told the people that if he is elected governor of Anambra State, he will exclusively utilize vehicles manufactured by Innoson Vehicles Manufacturing as his official vehicles.

“Igbo land is one, and we must defend it,” he stated. We want to reintroduce the passion with which we used to patronize our own. I’ve mentioned it before, even during campaigns, that if I win, the governor of Anambra State’s official automobile will be an Innoson.”

The governor-elect further remarked that he does not wear native textiles known as Akwete by accident, but rather on purpose in order to promote local businesses and make a statement.
