This was stated in a statement issued on Friday. By the Commissioner of Culture, Entertainment, and Tourism, Donatus Onyenji, the chairman of the Anambra State Internal Revenue Service, Richard Madiebo, and the commissioner for homeland affairs, Chikodi Angra.

Meanwhile, the government has summoned a meeting of all state hotel owners and managers for October 21 at the Prof Dora Akunyili Women Development Centre.

There will be issuing revalidation forms for all kinds of hotels and tourist companies at the venue. And any establishment that is not profiled or doesn’t receive a Hotel License will be shut down in accordance with Anambra State Tourism and Hospitality Law.

The discussion covers concerns such as hotel license enumeration and validation and security, with warnings they will require.
