The Zendesk Foundation invites applications for the Zendesk Tech Awards for the Good Impact Awards in the United States for 2022/2023.
Tech for Good is a comprehensive program that offers software, skills and financial support to manage nonprofit organizations facing a wide range of problems. By leveraging the Power Customer Experience (CX tools), its partners are able to improve efficiency. They are also able to amplify their impact thus fulfilling their mission on a larger scale.
From 1 June to 12 September, the foundation is looking for organizations or projects that appear to make a tangible difference in one of its areas of impact;
Foster community: Enable connections that provide support and allow people to thrive Promote resilience in times of crisis – safeguard from disasters and reduce human suffering.
Creating career paths in technology: closing the economic opportunity gap and reducing unemployment.
Candidates must demonstrate how Zendesk’s products and support will help them serve more people and create greater impact. This is particularly among disadvantaged and afflicted populations.
The Impact Award
The Impact Award will provide multiple awards from $ 10,000 to $ 50,000 per organization for a total of 500,000 available funding.
Zendesk tech for good will provide free products and software donations up to $ 500,000 in value and pro bono support as needed;
Successful candidates will also receive;

Pro bono support for students such as mock interviews, resume reviews and more
Eligibility for Zendesk Tech Award
The Zendesk Impact Awards are open to nonprofit organizations who want to use it to directly serve the benefiting communities.
They are equally open to verifiable charities, including US organizations classified as 501 © (3) charities. In addition, they are open to foreign organizations operating for charitable purposes whose activities are in support of the foundation’s core areas of interest. These include promoting community, promoting resilience in times of crisis, and career paths in the technology sector.
