For being a beneficiary of this grant, you are advised to submit a motivation letter, Resume/CV, transcript with grade average, enrolment certificate, and letter of recommendation. The letter of recommendation must be submitted in a closed envelope or sent by e-mail by the author to welcome@uol.de.

Simply having basic information in the English language isn’t sufficient yet applicants are required to have proficiency in speaking and composing aptitudes in this language.
Under this funding education, you will be empowered with 400 EUR per month throughout your course.

Since the DAAD scholarship includes a full fee waiver, you must apply simultaneously for MIPLC financial assistance (cf. section 2a).
Please also refer to the brochure for “Development-Related Postgraduate Courses” for more information. Where MIPLC and DAAD requirements differ, the stricter one applies. You are eligible for the DAAD scholarship if you meet the following requirements in addition to the MIPLC admission criteria (cf. section 1):
You have to apply more than a year in advance, i.e. between June 1 and October 15 for the following academic year.
