Job Description
Preparation of Monthly Management Report Such as:
- Reconciliation of Bank /Vendor /General ledger.
- Assist in Preparation of Statement of Financial Position
- Assist in Preparation of Comprehensive Income statement (Profit or Loss Account).
- Preparation of Annual Budget/variance analysis
- Daily Posting of transactions into the software
- Management and reconciliation of Payables and Receivables
- Management of all schedules and registers including Fixed Asset/prepayment/Accruals
- Maintaining and ensure efficient cash office procedures for Petty Cash /raising vouchers, receipts/bills
- To Maintain, at all times, the confidentiality of any information obtained in the discharge of the duties of the post
- Ensure making payment for operational expenses upon request.
- Ensure the preparation of daily cash position for management decision
- Ensure the maintenance of Proper books of account.
- Ensure making of payment to vendors and operational expenses upon request.
- Vouching of expenses to the third party evidences.
- Ensure Prompt payment of Statutory deductions and filling of returns
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- I.T. Skills:
Well versed with Accounting Software like Sage software
Proficient with Word Processing programs like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Qualitative Skills:
Smart, Great attention to details
Innovative,Team Player, Good communication skills, Integrity.
