Erectile dysfunction is also a common health condition among men. In fact, over 70% of the men with ED in a poll conducted felt they were letting their spouses down. Also, more than 40% reported their partners felt they could no longer initiate sex.

Men’s emotions of self-consciousness and humiliation frequently also cause them to conceal their condition from their relationships.

What you eat usually has an impact on your sexual life, in the same way, it can also have an impact on your health.

ED is therefore regarded as difficulty obtaining or maintaining a hard enough erection for intercourse.
