If you can drink half of a gallon—which is equal to 16 cups—during a workday, you’ll be well on your way to a healthy day. To remind yourself to drink more water throughout the day, you may even mark lines on the gallon jug with precise times next to them.

As a Reward, Use Water
Would you like that chocolate after lunch? Avoid getting it until you’ve had four glasses of water in the morning. Ideally, you’ll feel more satisfied and can skip chocolate anyhow!
